This comprehensive multi-nutrient blend contains vitamins, minerals, and trace elements important for a healthy nervous system, immune function, antioxidant defences and normal growth and development. This product contains folate as folinic acid (calcium folinate), the preferred form to synthetic folic acid. Vitamin B12 is provided as hydroxocobalamin and the non-methyl coenzyme form adenosylcobalamin for energy and metabolism support. Lutein may help support vision health. Optimal Multivitamin Minus One is iron-free, as most adults do not require iron supplementation.

Suggested Use
