Optiyou® Algae Omega-3 DHA+EPA contains the safest and most effective omega-3 essential fatty acids (DHA + EPA), from the most sustainable source.

As is the case with all Optiyou food supplements, it avoids the inclusion of adverse ingredients that would prevent many people from availing of its benefits. Most omega-3

supplements are fish sourced, which is of no use to those who are vegan, vegetarian, dislike the taste of fish, are concerned about their fish allergy, are concerned about

contaminants from the sea, or concerned about the sustainability of global fish stocks.

Algae is a natural, plant source. Sustainably grown and harvested, it does not contain any fish or contaminants from the sea (heavy metals, PCB’s, or dioxins), which is better for our health and the health of our planet. Currently, 33% of fish are caught for their oil alone. Wild fisheries simply cannot sustain more demand, and they won’t have to if we choose sustainable algae sourced omega-3. OPTIYOU Algae Omega-3 provides optimum quantities of both omega-3 essential fatty acids (DHA + EPA), in the safest, most effective, and sustainable form.

Suggested Use: Adults: Two soft gels daily.

Caution: Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. As always, consult with your doctor before use if pregnant or lactating. Do not use if sachet is torn.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.

DHA & EPA rich oil form Schizochytrium sp, modified starch, firming agent: glycerol, gelling agent: carrageenan, acidity regulator: disodium phosphate, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.
