Where are you based?

We have offices in both the North & Republic of Ireland. Orders ship from County Antrim.

Will I have to pay tax and/or duty on my order?

Customers from the UK or EU should not have to pay any additional tax or duty after they complete checkout Northern Ireland remains in the EU customs Union due to the Northern Ireland Protocol UK customers should order on www.proactivehealthcare.co.uk EU customers should order on www.proactivehealthcare.ie OR www.proactivehealthcare.eu

I didn't request an Ice pack, are my Probiotics ok to use?

All of our refrigeration products have the option to add an ice pack free of charge on the product page. If you do not add an ice pack however, your products can be out of the fridge for up to 7 days in extreme heat with no loss of potency. Specific information for each item can be found on the product page.

Can my children use your supplements?

We cannot recommend the use of any of the products on children apart from those specifically formulated for them. Please consult your healthcare practitioner in regards to any other supplements.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday before 2pm. We do not ship on Bank holidays or Royal Mail non service days. Please take this into account when ordering. Courier orders shpu;d be placed before 12pm for guaranteed same day shipping 

 NOTE - If your order is placed after 2pm it may still be shipped if we have time before the postal collection 

My product doesn’t have an expiration date printed on it. When should I replace it?

Some products have a manufacturing date printed on them (“MFG” followed by a date). Although the product may not have an expiration date, it is recommended to replace the product two -three years after the printed manufacturing date depending on the product.

How do I store my products?

All products should have storage guidelines printed on the label. We add an additional label to products that either must be stored in the fridge upon receipt, upon opening or for a better shelf life to make this more apparent.

I live outside the UK/EU, can I order from you?

Yes, we ship globally with the exception of Canada, Norway, Russia and Ukraine. If no shipping option appears at checkout for your destination it may be a blackout area that we do not have a courier for.

Can I return my order?

Please contact us within 14 days to initiate your return by email.

We do not accept returns on opened products

Refrigeration products are NOT eligible for retur

I haven’t received an order confirmation by email but I know the order went through as I got an order number on screen.

My Order states delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

Please contact us via email with your order number. We will contact the delivery company to find out what has happened to your parcel. If it cannot be located or has been delivered incorrectly we will offer you a refund or redelivery
