Multi Essentials One-A-Day is suitable for the whole family and has been formulated to provide a comprehensive, high strength multivitamin in a highly absorbable form. We use the active and preferred forms of nutrients to ensure efficacy. Providing support for immune health, energy production, normal psychological function and to help your body cope with the demands of everyday modern life.
- 1000 IU of vitamin D3 (dosage recommended by Endocrine Society) in the preferred form - the same form as naturally produced by the body.
- 250mg of vitamin C and 20mg of zinc to support the immune system.
- 400mcg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin - the active form bypassing the need for your body to convert - to reduce tiredness and fatigue and support the immune system.
- Free from iron, iodine and copper for those who wish to avoid these minerals.
- 90mcg (120% of NRV) vitamin K2, which works alongside vitamin D for bone health.
- Vitamin D aids calcium absorption and K2 helps to direct the calcium to the bones.
- Higher concentrations of vitamins B, C and D than other similar multivitamins.
Take one tablet daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
We recommend taking Multi Essentials with a mouthful of food if you have difficulty swallowing tablets.
Can tablet be split into a smaller size?
Yes. A pill cutter may be required.

For when you need our products urgently, we offer UK next working day shipping. For orders placed before 14.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.
International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and on rare occasions up to two weeks. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
