UltraFlora Everyday provides a daily dose of beneficial bacteria to help replenish and support a healthy gut microbiome, and is suitable for all the family. Lifestyle factors like diet, stress, medications, or illness can disrupt the balance of bacteria in the gut, and a high quality live bacteria formula can help restore this balance.
The UltraFlora® range is a live bacteria range at heart of the Metagenics® brand, featuring science backed strains that have been clinically tested to stay in the gut for 24hrs. “Ultra” denotes the power of the brand with strong doses to match clinical research, and “Flora” denotes friendly bacteria which are known as gut flora and together make up your gut microbiome.
The strains in this product have been specifically selected for everyday use. The NCFM® strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus has been chosen as it is the most well-researched strain of L.acidophilus in the world. Combined with this is the Bi-07 strain of Bifidobacterium lactis as this strain has been proven to survive stomach acidity and reach the gut alive.
Non-dairy and vegetarian, UltraFlora® Everyday is ideal for daily use for individuals wishing for extra support for gastrointestinal issues or immune support.
The vitamin D3 in this product is from lanolin – a vegetarian source of vitamin D3.
It may be particularly beneficial for post-antibiotic use.
It is suitable from 2 months by splitting the capsule - see dosages information for recommended dosages for children.
Dosage Recommendations for Children:
Under 2 years: ½ capsule daily
2 to 4 years: ½ to 1 capsule daily
5 to 12 years: 1 capsule daily
