Unlike our other encapsulated multivitamins, this pared-down formula packs essential nutrients and herbal support into a single capsule taken just once daily. This unique multivitamin is also free of methylated B vitamins (i.e. methylcobalamin and methylfolate) to support those sensitive to methyl groups. Daily supplementation of essential macro- and micronutrients, such as those included in Multivitamin One MF, may help contribute to proper nutrition and optimal health as part of a well-balanced nutritional program.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast or lunch, or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Capsules may be opened and nutrients takes separately or sprinkled into food or drink. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

We prioritise safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Royal Mail and DHL. Royal Mail Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day (Mon-Fri) orders placed after 2pm on a Friday ship the following Monday, for couriers it is 1pm
UK standard delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £40, this option usually requires 1-3 working days. If your order is under £40, this delivery option is available for £2.95
Next working day
For when you need our products urgently, we offer UK next working day shipping. For orders placed before 2pm, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.
International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and on rare occasions up to two weeks. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
