Grapefruit Seed Extract has a broad activity spectrum. It is an organic compound with active ingredient is extracted from the seeds of the grapefruit. It contains several terpenes, vitamin C and amino acids. It can be added to water and gargled to soothe sore throats or can be diluted in water and taken internally to help fight bacteria and fungal infections that may cause digestive symptoms. Topically it can soothe irritation caused by stings and insect bites and it also helps dry out acne breakouts.

5–15 drops mixed in a glass of water or juice, one to three times daily. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

Do not apply to eyes. Do not use full strength in mouth, ears, nostrils, or sensitive areas. May cause irritation if applied directly to skin.

Returns
