Found in all living cells, SAMe is a metabolite of methionine (an essential amino acid). SAMeis a chiral molecule consisting of two forms: (S,S) SAMe and (R,S) SAMe. The biologically active form is the (S,S) structure, while the (R,S) structure is biologically inactive. Jarrow Formulas®SAMe is made naturally by microbiological fermentation and then specially processed without chemical solvents to preserve 68-80% (S,S) SAMe, the highest active level available.

Other Ingredients
Cellulose, mannitol, glyceryl behenate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate, enteric coating (modified cellulose, magnesium silicate, triethyl citrate and riboflavin).
No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts.
EnteroGuard® is a proprietary cellulose-based, food-grade, pH-sensitive enteric coating that resists stomach acid and disintegrates in the less acidic pH of the upper intestines, where the SAMe is made available for absorption.

We prioritise safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Royal Mail and DHL. Royal Mail Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day (Mon-Fri) orders placed after 2pm on a Friday ship the following Monday, for couriers it is 1pm

For when you need our products urgently, we offer UK next working day shipping. For orders placed before 14.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.
International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and on rare occasions up to two weeks. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
