Suggested use:
- Shake before use. Tastes best chilled but you can store at room temperature if your little ones prefer. Children aged 1 – 5 years, take 5ml per day. Children aged 5+, take 10ml per day or as professionally directed. Our multivitamin can be taken neat, it tastes delicious, but it can also be mixed with: Water, Juice, Yoghurt, Smoothie, Milkshake or any other cool drink

Shipping
We prioritise safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Royal Mail and DHL. Royal Mail Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day (Mon-Fri), excluding Bank holidays, orders placed after 2pm on a Friday ship the following Monday, for DHL it is 1pm.
UK standard delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £40, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £40, this delivery option is available for £3.95. Orders over £75 can avail of free 1st class shipping.
Next working day
For when you need our products urgently, we offer UK next working day shipping. For orders placed before 2pm, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.
International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and on rare occasions up to two weeks. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order. We do not ship to Norway, Russia, Ukraine, Türkiye, Mexico or South America due to strict import controls in these countries.
EU Orders
If your order is shipping to an EU country you will need to shop on www.proactivehealthcare.ie
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
