The ideal choice for anyone wishing to support brain health; Eskimo®-3 Brainsharp utilises the same high quality fish oil used in the original Eskimo®-3 formulas, but has been combined with specific, active ingredients to help support mental performance. Comprising over 90% of the omega-3 fatty acids in your brain, DHA has been shown to improve learning, mood, memory and concentration, making it especially beneficial for students taking exams, and older adults.
A minimum of 250mg is recommended for good brain health. Taking 4 capsules of Eskimo®-3 Brainsharp daily provides EPA and DHA roughly equivalent to 4 portions of oily fish per week.
Nutri Advanced have added CoQ10 to their Brainsharp formula for extra cognitive function support. CoQ10 is an antioxidant which can help protect against oxidative damage to our cells. Our levels of CoQ10 start to decline as we age, so keeping them topped up can be useful to maintain healthy cognitive function.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
