Crafted with the increased nutrient demand and potential digestive sensitivities of pregnancy in mind, the capsules contain L-5-MTHF, the most biologically active folate, essential for brain development. It also includes folinic acid, a convertible folate, working with amino acids, chelated minerals, and B vitamins to promote cell growth and cardiovascular, neurologic and immune health.
Active Vitamins for Energy and Growth
The product incorporates two active coenzyme forms of vitamin B12 for energy metabolism, foetal development, and the methylation process. The vitamin B complex, complete with active riboflavin and B6, and extra biotin, supports growth and development. Biotin may also help support healthy skin, hair and nails. Vitamin B6 and ginger extract are added for digestive comfort.
Essential Vitamins and Digestibility
Vitamin A is present in two forms (beta-carotene and retinyl palmitate) for easy conversion of provitamin A compounds, while vitamin C and coenzyme Q10 provide antioxidant support, supporting a healthy immune system and cellular integrity. Red raspberry leaf aids uterine comfort, circulation and digestion, and chelated trace minerals are included for absorption. Betaine HCl enhances nutrient uptake and digestion.

Suggested Use
Take 8 capsules daily, with a meal, in divided doses, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.

Do not exceed 5,000 IU intake per day of preformed vitamin A.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
