Prenatal Essentials Chewable from Seeking Health offers a specialized prenatal formula designed to help meet the high nutritional needs of women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy, or anyone looking for a well-rounded multivitamin in an easy chewable format.
This formula contains both folinic acid and L-5-MTHF, the most biologically available forms of folate, which are essential during pregnancy to support healthy brain development. L-5-MTHF works in conjunction with chelated minerals and coenzyme forms of B vitamins to support cardiovascular, neurologic, and immune health and normal cell growth. This formula is iron-free for maximal versatility.
Pregnant or lactating women should consult their healthcare practitioner prior to use of any prenatal multivitamins.
With breakfast, chew 2 tablets daily or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Serving may be divided between breakfast and lunch as desired. Do not use within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

Next working day
For when you need our products urgently, we offer UK next working day shipping. For orders placed before 14.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.
International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and on rare occasions up to two weeks. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
