Seeking Health Estrogen Nutrients is a comprehensive nutritional formula developed for women and men seeking targeted support for healthy estrogen metabolism and hormonal balance.

Rather than relying on a single ingredient, this advanced formula combines carefully selected vitamins, minerals and plant-derived compounds. Each ingredient has been chosen to support a different stage of the body’s natural estrogen-processing and elimination pathways.

The aim is not to remove estrogen or drive levels unnecessarily low. Estrogen is an important hormone for both women and men. Instead, Estrogen Nutrients is designed to promote balanced, efficient estrogen metabolism as part of a wider approach to hormonal wellbeing.

A Complete Approach to Estrogen Metabolism

Healthy estrogen metabolism involves several interconnected processes. Estrogen Nutrients provides nutritional support across these different stages:

Estrogen production and balance
Luteolin phospholipids are included to support healthy aromatase enzyme activity. Aromatase is involved in the natural conversion of testosterone into estrogen.

Phase I metabolism
Indole-3-carbinol, commonly found in cruciferous vegetables, support the pathways involved in processing estrogen into more favourable metabolites.

Phase II elimination
Calcium D-glucarate and Siliphos®, an absorbable milk thistle complex, are included to support the body’s natural glucuronidation and elimination processes.

Sulphur-compound processing
Molybdenum provides nutritional support for sulfite oxidase, an enzyme involved in processing sulphur compounds produced during the metabolism of DIM and indole-3-carbinol.

Antioxidant and cellular protection
BroccoRaphanin® provides glucoraphanin and active myrosinase to support the production of sulforaphane. Riboflavin is also included as an important enzyme cofactor.
