Hydroxo-Adeno B12 by Seeking Health provides 2,000 mcg of vitamin B12 as hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin in each convenient lozenge. For a methylated version of this lozenge, consider Methyl B12 5000.
Initial use for the first week, take ½ a lozenge by mouth, let dissolve slowly, then swallow.
If needing more support, increase to 1 full lozenge.
Take as needed.
Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Returns
