Each capsule contains the patented Pylopass™ Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17648 culture. Unlike a conventional probiotic, this formula uses carefully inactivated bacterial cells that remain stable through the acidic conditions of the stomach.
The specialised strain is selected for its ability to bind selectively to certain unwanted organisms in the stomach, helping support their natural removal through the digestive tract without broadly disturbing beneficial intestinal bacteria.

Postbiotics contain inactivated microorganisms or their beneficial components rather than live bacterial cultures. The bacterial cells in PyloGuard retain the structures responsible for their targeted binding activity while offering good stability at room temperature.

Shipping
We prioritise safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Royal Mail and DHL. Royal Mail Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day (Mon-Fri), excluding Bank holidays, orders placed after 2pm on a Friday ship the following Monday, for DHL it is 1pm.
UK standard delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £40, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £40, this delivery option is available for £3.95. Orders over £75 can avail of free 1st class shipping.
Next working day
For when you need our products urgently, we offer UK next working day shipping. For orders placed before 2pm, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.
International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and on rare occasions up to two weeks. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order. We do not ship to Norway, Russia, Ukraine, Türkiye, Mexico or South America due to strict import controls in these countries.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
