Keep your pureAir 3000 whole-home air purifier running at its peak performance level by replacing the ARC® cell when the inner bulb has gone out. This 6-inch ARC cell will last up to 9,000 hours of continuous use. —

    • Compatible with pureAir 3000 and GT3000 whole-home air purifiers.
    • When “replace cell” appears, the ARC cell has stopped functioning (burned out) and must be replaced. Note that the ARC cell relies upon ultraviolet (UV) energy to power the catalytic reaction. Over time, the UV energy output degrades. For this reason, the ARC cell should be replaced after one (1) year of continuous operation (9,000 hours) regardless of the presence of the “replace cell” maintenance reminder.

We prioritize safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Royal Mail and DHL. Royal Mail Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day, for couriers it is 1pm

 

UK standard delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £40, this option usually requires  1-3 working days. If your order is under £40, this delivery option is available for £2.95

 

Next working day

For when you need our products urgently, we offer UK next working day shipping. For orders placed before 14.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.

 

International

International deliveries can take 7 working days, and on rare occasions up to two weeks. The cost is dependent on country and weight of the order.

 

EU Orders

If your order is shipping to an EU country  you will need to shop on www.proactivehealthcare.ie

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@proactivehealthcare.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of receipt. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
